Finding Gratitude

Keep a gratitude journal. Keep it by your bed … Every night before you go to sleep write down three things that you were grateful for today … It could be something you accomplished, a meaningful connection with another person, or simply that the sun was shining 🙂 When things get tough, as they inevitably do from time to time, flip open your little journal and remind yourself of just how much you have and just how much you are ❤
